Rond de Jambe with circular lunge

You know me, I love my cambrés in my rond de jambe combo. This combo combines a deep lunge with a circular dehors and a penchée, resulting in a very pretty and intense stretch.

This combo is part of my Frozen follow-along barre for intermediate/advanced!

From 1st, one hand on the barre, begin with a pas de cheval and rond de jambe to the back.

1-2: 2 rond de jambe a terre en dehors

3: plié and battement front

4: stretch the standing leg and carry to the back

5-8: repeat

1-4: 1 grand en l'air at full height

5-8: 1 grand at full height, penchée if you have time, and close. No pas de cheval on the reverse.

1-16: circular cambrés de hors and de dans. On 16, chassé forward to tendu back with the inside leg.

1-8: circular cambré de hors and lunge. As you come out of the backbend, go into a penchée. Come up to attitude. Balance, face the barre. Balance check (alternating hands and release). Face the other side, extend to arabesque, plié and pas de bourrée to finish.
