This is a nice slow tendu that helps warm up the feet with weight transfers and slow articulation.
This combo is part of my Frozen follow-along barre for intermediate/advanced!
From 1st, one hand on the barre.
1-2: tendu front and close
3-4: one tendu front, close in plié
5: tendu in plié
6-7: transfer the weight forwards, then backwards
8: close in 5th with straight legs.
Repeat front/side/back, and soussus, balancing and lifting to coups de pied if desired. Repeat en de dans.
