Refunds and Returns
For digital downloads:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, BTB will provide you the amount paid in store credit towards another item.

For subscriptions and member content:
BTB does not offer refunds on studio, month-to-month, individual month, or year-long memberships. However, you are more than welcome to hand off your account to another teacher or dancer! Please contact me directly for this process.
Shipping
Most items purchased from Beyond the Barre are digital files or online content. Files are available for download within 24 hours of purchase. If for some reason you have any issues with downloads, please contact me directly at haleymathiot@gmail.com

Any physical items purchased will be sent within 10 days of completion of the item (completion date will be listed on the item listing). To save both of us shipping costs, most items will be sent the least expensive option. Please contact me directly if you need something shipped faster or rushed and I will do my best to accomodate!
