This degagé combines some of my favorite components - pushing both feet at the same time, pushing the knee back for an enveloppé, and articulation of the feet.
This combo is part of my Frozen follow-along barre for intermediate/advanced!
From 1st, one hand on the barre.
Set 1:
1-3: 3 degagé front, last one closing in plié
4: degagé front and push to relevé
5-6: enveloppé through coupe
7: plié in 5th
8: stretch
Repeat front/side/back, and passé relevé, add a pirouette if desired. Repeat en dedans
Set 2:
16 degagés in 1st, with de hors and de dans port de bras.
Set 3:
1: coupé
2: passé
3: coupé
4: close in 5th
5: inside leg passé
6: close in 5th
&: degagé outside leg to the side
7: rond de jambe a la second en de hors
8: close in 5th back
repeat en de dans, and then again in relevé. On the last rond de jambe, fondu through coupé and come to passé to blance.
