Love Worth Making
This book is written from a secular viewpoint, so in my case, I took what I could and left the rest. However, the most important part, in my mind, was learning how to decide what you want and what you need to be satisfied. I think Snyder really makes a great point in this area.

As I said before, I didn't agree with everything, but there were definitely some great points that would be very helpful for someone highly frustrated with their partner, themselves, or just sex in general.
